Our Office Locations
OSM Offices are open daily, Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, and Saturday 8:30AM to 10:30AM.

Scholarship winners for 2013 will be announced soon!

The scholarship is awarded to high school athletes planning to attend college in the fall who play for high schools where OSM serves as team physicians: Trumbull, St. Joseph, Masuk, Shelton, Harding, Central, Notre Dame of Fairfield and Bassick. For information, read more here.
